But usually I had 4 big meals a day, with an average of about 135 grams of protein daily. And many days of the month I fasted for 18-20 hours. Calories were at about 3,500-4,500 a day. I worked out during that time about 3 times per week (a basic high-volume progressive overload program that I devised) worked a manual-labor job that had me walking/running 30 miles a week, lifting 3-5,000 lbs. My dosage was about 2 grams of Turkesterone a day and 1 gram of 20-Hydroxyecdysone.Īdditional supplements that I took (and had been taking): 10-30 mg of Prostaphane 10 grams of creatine 1 gram of Bronson spinach extract 20 mg of melatonin CBD 5,000 IUs of D3, x mg of zinc, z mg of magnesium, a mushroom complex from Paul Stamets, NMN (here and there, about 125 mg to a gram), Thorne Research ResveraCel, a green's powder, KOS beet/moringa/acai powder, roughly two pills of Nicotinamide Pantothenate. I'm 30 years old, 5'9'', 175 lbs and, for 30 days, I took Turkesterone (as supplied by More Plates, More Dates: ) along with 20-Hydroxyecdysone (from HR Supplements). Disclaimer: I'm posting this before-and-after to provide a data point for people, not to brag I know well that my body is nothing impressive.
